الدكتورة ناهد عزب مستشارة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومرشدة، وأستاذة. تؤدي دورًا نشطًا في تخطيط وتحديث المناهج، وتجميع المواد الدراسية والمقررات وتحريرها، وتدريس عدة مقررات جامعية ودراسات عليا في تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة. وتركز الدكتورة عزب على وجه الخصوص على التجارة الإلكترونية، والتسويق الإلكتروني، ونظم المعلومات الإدارية، وذكاء الأعمال. حصلت على الدكتوراه من School of Engineering and Information Sciences - Middlesex University، لندن (يوليو 2010). كما حصلت على ماجستير العلوم في تكنولوجيا معلومات الأعمال من School of Computing Sciences - Middlesex University، لندن (يوليو 2002). شمل مسارها المهني برمجة البرمجيات، والتحليل والتصميم، وإدارة مراكز الحاسوب، وتعليم البرمجيات، والاستشارات العامة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات مع كيانات عامة وخاصة مثل وزارة الدولة للتنمية الإدارية وMcKinsey & Company. الدكتورة عزب عضوة في لجان عدة مجلات وكتب ومؤتمرات. كما قدمت عددًا من الأوراق الأكاديمية في مجلات وكتب ومؤتمرات.
