Yomna Amer is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of
leadership experience across development, healthcare, and higher
education. She currently serves as Program Manager for Training for
Employment at the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development,
where she leads large-scale, donor-funded programs promoting youth
employment and social inclusion.
Her career includes pivotal roles such as Corporate Strategic
Development Director at CIRA Group, Advisor to the Arab Organization
for Industrialization, and senior positions at 57357 Children’s Cancer
Hospital and Zewail City.
A corporate trainer and mentor, Yomna has empowered 4,000+
professionals and startups through training and consulting for
organizations including UNDP, ILO, OECD. She holds an MBA,
advanced diplomas from Cambridge and Westminster Universities,
and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA)
focused on human capital retention
