He advises governments, multinationals, and startups on AI strategy, digital governance, and large-scale transformation. Marwan is actively engaged in global AI policy dialogues, including participation in United Nations discussions on the Global Dialogue on AI Governance, and has led and supported EU-backed AI hackathons, driving innovation across sectors such as water, agribusiness, and emerging technologies in the region. Marwan has support hackathons in evaluating the Technology Readiness levels and Open Innovations profiles in startups in fields such as agri-Tech, Water-Tech, Solar-tech, Med-Tech, Ed-Tech and Space-Tech.
