Mostafa ElAwamy is a project management, data, and AI professional who leads The Digital Studio at the Civil Society Support Fund (CSF), Egypt's first independent national entity dedicated to supporting and financing Egyptian civil society projects, established under Law No. 149 of 2019. The Studio is building a complete digital ecosystem for Egyptian civil society products and services, spanning media and marketing to digital product design and development, that give a sector of more than 35,000 NGOs and associations the tools to operate transparently and reach their communities.

That mission shows in the work the Studio has led. CSF's Grants Management System runs the grants cycle end to end, bringing discipline and accountability to how public funds reach organizations nationwide. The Ahl El Kheir system helps associations and individuals in food relief track distributed meals and build more nutritionally complete ones. The Farhet Masr portal under the patronage of Her Excellency Mrs. Entissar El Sisi, wife of the President of Egypt lets couples preparing to marry apply and have their eligibility assessed. That same mission drives Sociathon, CSF's flagship annual initiative and one of Egypt's largest participatory platforms for civil society innovation mobilizing entire professional and creative communities to solve the sector's real challenges. Its inaugural 2024 edition drew some 2,000 applicants competing to design CSF's visual identity; its 2026 edition, "Technology for Social Impact," convenes developers and technologists nationwide to build solutions that make civil society organizations more productive and innovative and will be led this year by The Digital Studio.
