Rania Qasim is specialized in training methods and curricula design focusing on adopting different learning innovation approaches in order to enhance the quality of learning at the Palestinian non-formal education system. She has an intensive experience in community development related projects that mainly target women, youth and CBOs. Rania has been leading the conceptualization, design, development and implementation of several professional programs and diplomas) in addition to many training courses in different fields (business, project management, strategic planning, marketing, gender, training of trainers, etc.).
Rania has been delivering ToT program and providing instructional design support to the subject matter experts and trainers to be able to adopt modern practices in curricula design and development. Rania has a very good experience in adopting the e-learning approaches in training life cycle and providing pedagogical support to the subject matter experts in the e-learning modules design and developed process. Rania led the development and implementation of several project with the government sector, including training and coaching for judges, prosecutors, counsellors and managers.
